General Conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern the contract between FlyParkAlc and the customer for vehicle parking services near Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC).
2. By completing a reservation with FlyParkAlc, the customer accepts these terms in full. FlyParkAlc may update these terms at any time; the version in force at booking will apply.
3. FlyParkAlc operates a secure, fenced, CCTV-monitored outdoor car park.
4. The customer must provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, colour, and registration plate) at booking. This ensures correct identification of the vehicle.

Shuttle Transfer

1. A complimentary on-demand shuttle service between the car park and Alicante Airport terminal is included with every booking.
2. The shuttle operates within the hours stated on the booking confirmation. The customer is responsible for informing FlyParkAlc of their flight times in advance.
3. FlyParkAlc will not be liable for missed flights caused by the customer’s failure to notify departure times or by their arrival at the car park too late.
4. For an additional fee of €10, customers may request a terminal pick-up service. The vehicle is collected directly from the terminal drop-off area.

Vehicle Storage & Liability

1. The customer’s vehicle is stored at their own risk. FlyParkAlc takes reasonable precautions, including CCTV monitoring and restricted access, to help ensure on-site vehicle security.
2. FlyParkAlc accepts no liability for loss of, or damage to, vehicles or their contents arising from theft, fire or flooding. This also applies to any cause beyond our direct control.
3. FlyParkAlc may move vehicles within the car park as necessary for operational purposes. Vehicles will not be driven outside the premises without explicit written consent, except for the ITV inspection service, which also requires prior written consent.
4. The customer must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and does not leak fuel or oil excessively before leaving it on site. FlyParkAlc may refuse entry to vehicles deemed unsafe.
5. Any pre-existing vehicle damage must be reported and documented at check-in. FlyParkAlc will not accept claims for pre-existing damage.

Reservations & Payment

1. Reservations for FlyParkAlc can be made online via the booking form on this website. They can also be made by contacting FlyParkAlc directly by phone or WhatsApp.
2. A reservation is confirmed only when the customer receives written confirmation from FlyParkAlc, which the customer should retain and present on arrival.
3. Parking charges are calculated from vehicle drop-off time to collection time, following the tariff on the Pricing page.
4. Payment is due when the customer drops the vehicle. FlyParkAlc accepts cash and bank transfer, and additional services (car wash, ITV, etc.) are invoiced separately.
5. FlyParkAlc may retain a vehicle until all outstanding charges are paid in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations must be communicated to FlyParkAlc in writing by email or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival are fully refundable if a prepayment has been made.
3. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival are non-refundable. The same applies in the event of a no-show.
4. If FlyParkAlc cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation for reasons within our control, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will then be issued.

Additional Services

1. Optional add-on services include exterior car wash €7, interior cleaning €15, ITV inspection €100, and terminal pick-up €10. They must be requested and confirmed in writing before arrival.
2. Add-on services are carried out at the customer’s own risk. FlyParkAlc will use reasonable care but does not guarantee specific results, such as stain removal.
3. The ITV vehicle inspection service requires the customer to provide all necessary documentation and a spare key. FlyParkAlc will not be liable for any fees, penalties, or results from the ITV inspection.
4. Prices for additional services may change. The price in force at booking confirmation will apply.

Force Majeure

1. FlyParkAlc is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where the cause is beyond our reasonable control. This includes fire, flood, storm, earthquake, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restriction, or failure of third-party services.
2. In such circumstances, FlyParkAlc will try to notify affected customers as promptly as possible.
